There is little doubt that we have seen property prices really flatten out with the last few months showing no major signs of significant growth. Across June it was much the same with most homes selling for expected values albeit some exceptions. Our team had a 100% auction success rate in June with all of our advertised auctions selling on auction day. There were really two standout sales for our team in June being 11 Leeside Street, Dandenong North which pulled in a hefty $605,000 and 10 Sylvia Street, Dandenong North which went for $585,000.
Coming into the month of July our team will be very busy in Dandenong North with four scheduled auctions. We are expecting that all four properties will attract vast interest especially from the first home buyer market with many waiting for the changes to Stamp Duty Concessions to take effect. We will be closely observing how these changes will impact home owners throughout Dandenong North and advising residents about the best time to be on the market going into the busy spring selling period.
