We recently had the confusing task of dispersing of our late mothers property in Dandenong Nth. After a short period of trying to sell privately it was decided to appoint an agent,but who?? It was a hot 32 degree day in March and a well dressed young guy was hand dropping pamphlets in the area,it was Neb Delibasic.
